Biodiesel Production Equipment en Route To Illinois
Illinois biodiesel producer BN National Trail announced this early morning that it has secured a purchase arrangement of all biodiesel process equipment from Kreido Biofuels. The shipment of the equipment is now underway from Houston, TX and is expected to arrive in Newton, IL by October
According to the company, the task is a shovel-ready site. It lies in an enterprise zone in Newton, IL near the 2nd largest transportation passage in the U.S. It's developed to take full advantage of making use of innovation in the biofuels market in addition to a better understanding of how to profitably manage a biodiesel production center.
The scalable 30 MGPY facility's key differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the technology, proven in massive production in Europe today. This enables BN National Trail to develop getting contracts with local feedstock suppliers who will be able to supply unrefined soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low rate throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the advanced feedstock technology program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being expanded to consist of algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE certified technology will be integrated with the brand-new process equipment," confirmed CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has been provided for when the plant would begin production.
"This purchase agreement is a significant advance for BN National Trail. Not only will it provide income, but it will likewise accelerate plans by approximately 2 years." said CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it created, BN National Trail Holdings began looking for a site to advertise a more energy effective and low C02 processing technology for the biodiesel industry. A nationwide look for a shovel ready job site to establish lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, a venture by regional neighborhood members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The five years of foundation project advancement by National Trail combined with Blue Northern's knowledgeable personnel of biodiesel production, project management, and knowledge guarantees knowledgeable and element management that will enable BN National Trail to be an innovative and world class biodiesel facility.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research study and development center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's objective will be to fine-tune latest technology advances in biodiesel production and uses of renewable resource. This will include examining multiple fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas; knowledge that will allow various regions to monetize their particular edible and non-edible crop sources.
